(1) You are required to have a name, a country, and a valid email address to join.

(2) It is optional to include a website; however, if you do, it is highly recommended you link back to No Exit using text or codes provided in this site.

(3) You must be a fan of Furude Rika. Otherwise, there would be no purpose to submitting an application.
